Bring Your Inspiration
Have a few photos saved of lashes, brows, or makeup you love? Perfect! Bring them along.
You don't need to know all the beauty terminology. Just show Olivia what you like, whether that's soft, natural lashes, fluffy brows, or a bold makeup look.
Your inspiration helps start the conversation, and Olivia can help you figure out what works best for you.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Lash Fills
Life happens! Just keep these few things in mind:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Running Late?
There's a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Coming in for a Lash Fill?
At least 50% of your lash extensions must still be in place to qualify for a fill. If you have less than that, please book a new full set instead.

Payment & Aftercare
Beauty by O’Shade accepts cash, credit cards, and Zelle.
If your service requires special preparation or aftercare, Olivia can walk you through what you need to know. Feel free to ask any questions before your appointment!
